HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

1. Download and fill in the following forms. Then return the completed forms to us by email, FAX or snail mail.  (You can even email us a photo of the completed forms.)

We will respond to your order request by email or with a phone call (usually within 24 hours). If you do not hear from us, *please check your spam folder for the response, or call to make sure we received your order.

For payment, we will send you an invoice from Square that you can use to pay online with a credit card. Orders can also paid for with cash or good checks are also welcome. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our main location is at a residence near 28th and Jay Road in North Boulder.  You may also pick up /drop off at a Louisville location near McCaslin & Dillon Road.  Louisville has limited inventory on hand however with ample notice we can be sure to get your order there in time for pick up. 

SAME DAY DELIVERY REQUESTS

Please order early if at all possible. Ordering early assures we have the products in stock and that we can fit your delivery into the schedule.

If you have a last minute need, we will do our best to accommodate you.

You can usually pick up a same day order for no extra charge.

Same day delivery (if available) will be charged double the standard delivery fee (even if the total order amount would normally qualify for free delivery)  Same day delivery in Boulder is $38.00.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

You are welcome to pick up/drop off your order at either our Boulder or Louisville location. Call for address and directions.

We also deliver! See below for delivery details.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO, AND WHAT ARE DELIVERY FEES?

Almost anywhere in Boulder or Broomfield Counties!

Sorry, we cannot deliver to some mountain areas (Golden, Nederland, Estes Park, Gold Hill). You can however, arrange for porch pick-up at one of our locations, or we can meet you somewhere in town. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please check with us first. 

Delivery/Pickup fees quoted are one price that include both delivery AND pickup.

Boulder or Gunbarrel (5 mile radius from North Boulder) - Free with a $75.00 minimum order or $18.00 charge for delivery/pick-up fee.  (Some Boulder mountain areas may require a minimum delivery charge)

Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Niwot and Longmont - Free with a $130.00 minimum order $25.00 delivery/pick-up fee. (You can also pick up from a Louisville location to avoid delivery fees on smaller orders)

Other parts of Boulder County or Broomfield - Free with a $150.00 minimum order, or $30.00 Delivery/Pick up fee. (You can also pick up from a Louisville location to avoid delivery fees on smaller orders)

Call for delivery quotes to properties outside of our specified delivery areas.

Fees subject to change.

Orders placed for extended parts of Boulder County or Broomfield placed less than 7 days prior to "Start Date" may not be guaranteed to be delivered, (please do ask) however those orders are available for pick-up at one our locations in Louisville or North Boulder.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE AIRPORT?

We can deliver to the Boulder airport if there is someone there to receive the order. As of now, we are not able to deliver to the Denver airport. Z Baby Gear is based in Boulder County Colorado and we will deliver to your final destination in Boulder County or Broomfield.

WILL YOU INSTALL MY CAR SEAT?

Bill the car seat guy can can help you to install a car seat. Keep in mind you will need to make an appointment so calling early is strongly advised. There is no charge for him to install a car seat for you. However he does run a non-profit organization that focuses on car seat safety so donations are much appreciated.

Bill Flinchbaugh with Colorado Children's Automobile Safety Foundation (303) 931-3443  Donations to Colorado Children's Automobile Safety Foundation are not required but appreciated.

** If you use either Bill Flinchbaugh to help install your car seat, Z Baby Gear will donate 5% of the rental fee to Colorado Children's Automobile Safety Foundation http://www.carseatprogram.com/

Manufacturerís Product instructions will be provided with every car seat.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, good checks or cash.

We will email you an invoice that is payable online through Square. A secure online way to make payments.

WHAT IF I HAVE A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION?

We would appreciate 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an order. Absent serious extenuating circumstances, orders cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery may be charged a cancellation fee.

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXTEND MY RENTAL AGREEMENT?

That should be fine, as long as the product is available after your contract date, you are welcome to extend your rental. Please let us know right away if you need to extend your rental.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE GEAR IS CLEAN?

We take pride in offering clean baby gear in very good condition. Every item is inspected and cleaned after each use. We use a steamer for most products. Please let us know if you think otherwise so we can make necessary corrections.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE GEAR IS SAFE?

We are on the email recall notification list for kidís products through the federally funded CSPC (Child Safety Product Commission). When applicable, products are registered with their manufacturer.

If you feel a product is not safe for any reason, please let us know right away so we can provide you with a replacement!

WHAT IF I DONíT FEEL THE GEAR IS CLEAN ENOUGH OR THAT IT IS SAFE FOR MY CHILD

PLEASE let us know so we can replace it with something that is acceptable right away!

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

Yes we have extended stay discounts please contact us for pricing on rentals lasting longer than what is posted on the website. 

WHAT IF YOU DONíT HAVE AN ITEM THAT I NEED?

Please let us know what it is that you are looking for so we can try to get it for you. This may take extra time though so keep that in mind.
